The Detox Smoothie

This is my go-to smoothie for feeling refreshed and cleansed!



1 frozen banana

50g blanched kale (blanching it first makes it taste waaaay less bitter)

40g baby spinach

1 peeled knob of fresh ginger

Handful fresh coriander

Juice of half a lemon

200g filtered water

200g coconut water


Here's what you do...

1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
