The quickest, easiest, yummiest porridge for 2.
80g gluten free oats
300g milk of choice (I use coconut, rice or almond)
Here's what you do...
1. Add ingredients to your Thermomix if you have one and cook 8 mins/90 degrees/speed 2 on reverse. Alternatively, cook on a medium heat on the stovetop, stirring regularly.
2. Add your desired flavours - I love 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp vanilla protein, 1 tsp cinnamon and a handful of walnuts.
3. Voila! Perfect porridge for 2.
