My Delicious Dairy Free Raw Chocolate

This recipe is the basis for so many of my yummy raw treats!

You can enjoy it just as it as or add in other toppings and flavours for texture and complexity. I love to add peppermint or orange oil (ensure it's a quality brand, safe for use in food), nuts, fruit, spices and seeds to mine. 

This mixture can be poured into a slice tin, chocolate moulds or over anything you like - the options are endless!

200g raw cacao or cocoa butter, roughly chopped

80g raw honey

40g raw cacao powder

1 tsp vanilla powder/essence/extract

Pinch of fine sea salt


Here's what you do...

1. Melt your cacao butter in a pan or in your Thermomix while continually stirring.

2. Once melted, add the remaining ingredients and whisk until all combined.

3. Now you just need to add any flavours you fancy then pour onto a lined tray, into moulds or use for dipping and allow to set in the freezer.

And, voila - you have yourself some raw chocolate! Enjoy :)
