Blueberry Beets Smoothie

This purple smoothie is packed full of antioxidant goodness. It's super thick, super pretty and super satisfying! It think it might be my favourite smoothie of all time...


500g coconut or almond milk

150g frozen blueberries

75g raw cashews

1 frozen banana

85g raw beetroot 

2 medjool dates, pitted

1 tsp ground cinnamon

Pinch cayenne pepper

Here's what you do....

1. Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.

2. Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy.
