You'll never buy peanut butter again after you've made this. It's easy peasy, and super tasty. Enjoy!
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp Himalayan salt
50g macadamia oil or light flavoured olive oil
Here's what you do...
1. Blitz peanuts, sugar and salt in a food processor, blender or Thermomix until the oils have begun to release from the peanuts and the mixture is smooth.
2. Scrape the mixture from the sides, add the oil and mix until all is well combined and you have a super smooth, slightly runny peanut butter.
3. Store in a jar in the fridge and try not to eat it all at once!
