150g desiccated coconut
3 tbsp coconut milk
1 tsp raw runny honey
1 tsp vanilla powder/paste/extract
A pinch of fine Himalayan salt
Here's what you do...
1. Blend all the ingredients together until combined.
2.Roll mixture into balls, coating in coconut if you wish. Store in fridge or freezer.
